Department of Agriculture announced it will issue an advisory that may stop exhibitors from allowing the public to have contact with big cat cubs, according to a release from the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA). PETA cited exhibitors like the Myrtle Beach Safari, which has been featured on the Netflix hit series "Tiger King.
